Ray will be taking the reigns as the Executive Director for the Circle of Hope, and after a four-month nationwide search, Ray was the Board of Directors’ top choice. “I am very excited to be a part of this wonderful organization,” states Ray. “The work that has been done is amazing.

While she began her career at St. Joseph Medical Center in 1974, Terry Lynn Bucknall made her way to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in August of 1981, and then ultimately to the Sheila R. Veloz Breast Imaging Center (SRVBIC) where she is the current Director of Women’s Imaging Services.

Boy, technology in school sure has changed since I was in high school. Back in 1998, a graphing calculator was a big deal and now in 2010, students are bringing their laptops and recording lectures. Learning is not just part of growing up anymore, it has become somewhat of a business with students today. Acceptance into the most élite collegiate schools is on the top of most students’ priority list and utilizing the best tools to get there is just part of the job.
