Meet Jason Lee the Logix Federal Credit Union Branch Manager at Bouquet Canyon
Logix Federal Credit Union has its own Jason Lee. The actor? No. He’s the branch manager at the Bouquet Canyon location. Instead of delivering cinematic performances, he continues to make Logix members’ dreams come true with the help of his team.
“I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by incredible Logix employees who are dedicated to delivering the best service to our amazing members,” Lee said. “In my 12 years here, I can confidently say we’ve helped thousands of members. From new accounts for them and their kids to auto loans and then mortgages, Logix has been there to help our members achieve their financial dreams. It’s a privilege to see our member’s grow their families and expand their financial opportunities.”
Although Lee has never won “best actor,” the Bouquet Canyon branch has been Logix’ branch of the year four times since his start in this location. Not only that, Logix continues to be voted best in Santa Clarita Valley.
“The culture is what I love best about Logix; it’s all about helping our members and employees thrive,” Lee said. “We are committed to the community. I’ve attended every Concerts in the Park series since Logix became the presenting sponsor. It’s great to be able to connect with residents and the members. It’s refreshing to hear their stories about how they have been successful because of the savings we’ve provided, and the advice we have shared.”
Because of the time Lee has spent with members, they return to him for support.
“I met a young woman about 10 years ago when she was in college. She stopped by to open a new account and I got her all setup with a new membership. At the time she had little knowledge about how credit worked,” he said.
“We went over her credit report and I made suggestions on how to establish more credit. She was thrilled that I explained it. After that, every time her score went up, she would make sure I knew. After she graduated, she came into the branch for a loan for her dream car and she qualified by herself due to the work she had put into improving her credit,” Lee said. “A few years later, she got married and brought in her husband so we could evaluate his (credit) report. We discussed it and came up with a plan to help with some debt. A year later, they qualified to purchase their first home and they closed escrow just months shy of their first child being born. Watching these members grow, share their trust in us and make good financial choices, gives me a sense of pride, and that’s why I enjoy my contributions here at Logix.”
Living and working in Santa Clarita is important to Lee.
“Being a part of this city is a luxury,” he said. “It’s safe and clean, and the schools are some of the best.”
Bouquet Canyon is a legacy branch for Logix. Many loyal members bank in this location, as it is one of the first in the area.
“Because of the long history of this branch, I get to meet several members who have been here with us for decades,” Lee said. “They share stories about when they joined. They also share how Logix helped them in times of need and why they are so loyal to us.”
Lee’s team truly enjoys working with him, as he is very hospitable and has more than a decade of relationships, banking knowledge and lending expertise. Management is grateful for his commitment Logix and its members.
“Jason (Lee) is one of our members’ favorites,” said Kevin Rishko, SVP of Retail Banking and Loan Centers. “Because he’s been at the credit union so long, he has deep relationships with our members that are passionate about referring friends and family members. It’s fantastic that he puts our members first and instills that upon his team. Logix is as good as its staff members, and we’re fortunate to have Jason’s expertise and skills to be there for our members.”
When Lee has time off, he spends time at local eateries, supporting small businesses and cycles on bike trails. “Life is all about the balance. Fortunately, I get to live and work in Santa Clarita. I am grateful for this opportunity, for my job and for the members who continue to trust me and my staff.”
Although we won’t see Lee nominated for any Academy Awards, he will accept the wins associated with giving back to Logix members and the community.
