2024 Holiday Home Tour Hearts Aglow

The Holiday Home Tour at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital is excited to be back for another wonderful year! Celebrating the holidays brings a heartfelt joy, and this year, the theme is “Hearts Aglow” in honor of the cause it supports. All funds raised from the event will benefit the Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular Services. Let the excitement of the holiday season begin!
The events will kick off on Wednesday, December 4th, with a VIP preview party, hosted by Williams Homes. The event will take place at Williams Ranch in Hasley Canyon. The exclusive VIP party will be attended by close friends, donors and supporters of Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation. The party will host cocktails and hors d’oeuvres along with an exclusive tour of the fully decorated home.
Generously sponsored by Todd and Steffanie Stelnick, owners of Southern California Real Estate Management (SCREM), the “Hearts Aglow” Gala will take place on Friday, December 6th at the Hyatt Regency, Valencia. The gala will be a great evening to mingle with many wonderful donors, supporters and partners of Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation. The evening will consist of entertainment, dinner, dancing, and videos showcasing three beautifully decorated homes from Santa Clarita. This year, the homes are proudly sponsored by Holly Hanlin of Berkshire Hathaway, Comfort Keepers In-Home Care, and Williams Homes.
The holiday festivities continue with the Holiday Home Tour Boutique, sponsored by Williams Homes. This event is free to the public, and will be held on Sunday, December 8th, from 9am-4pm at a brand-new location! For the first time, the event will be held at the Williams Ranch model homes in Hasley Canyon, featuring some of the best vendors in Santa Clarita.
Williams Homes has planned an exciting event for everyone! Enjoy a visit with Santa, photos, hot cocoa, kid’s crafts, a fantastic venue for shopping the finest boutiques in town and an opportunity to enjoy lunch from some great food trucks! Supporting small businesses is a wonderful way to give back to our community, all while tackling your holiday shopping in one stop! As an added bonus and a gift to the community, the Williams Ranch home that is featured in the 2024 Home Tour will be available to tour, at no cost.
These annual events benefit Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular Services. We’re not just celebrating the spirit of the season, we are also celebrating the expansion of our cardiovascular services, including a much-needed additional Cath Lab to meet the growing needs of our community.

Tucked in the heart of Stevenson Ranch is the spectacular home of Anastajah and Spiro Razatos. For over a decade, the couple has been cultivating their Christmas traditions and now they’re excited to share them with the world.
Spiro, an acclaimed stuntman and Hollywood action director, introduces a lifetime of adventures and movie memorabilia to their home. Anastajah, an Interfaith Chaplain and meditation teacher with a passion for interior design, brings their house to life with whimsical touches that spark the imagination of all who enter. Creating lasting memories for all their guests under the watchful eyes of their beloved dogs, Chloe and Coco – the true rulers of the household.
Their expansive retreat features a private movie theater, game room, gym, and spa, highlighting their shared love of cinema, fitness, friends, and family. Hosting celebrations is their specialty, this is what’s most important to Spiro and Anastajah.

Richard and Marian Sandnes have built a love that has extended over 6 decades.  They have been a member of the Santa Clarita Valley for more than half of that time and have created a true family oasis in Sand Canyon. Their strong family foundation is revealed throughout the home where the entire family; 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, come to gather.
The home was designed as a perfect retreat for large family gatherings as well as entertainment for friends. Many celebrations and memories have been created over the years. For many of those years Jeanna Crawford has been a part of the Sandnes Christmas tradition by transforming various rooms in the house into a winter wonderland.
Designer Jeanna has really outdone herself this year, making this beautiful home a breath of “Western Christmas” living at its best! Each tree reflects the family’s true love for horses and western history. The Family room is the heart of the home, designed for large family gatherings and adorned with two beautiful Christmas trees to enjoy while opening presents on Christmas Day.
