2025 Holiday Home Tour– Saving Hearts Close to Home
We are thrilled to celebrate another year of the Holiday Home Tour in support of Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital! Celebrating the holidays always brings excitement to our community and this year is no exception! Our 2025 theme, “Saving Hearts Close to Home,” celebrates the countless lives saved every day by the dedicated cardiovascular team at Henry Mayo. All proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular Services, supporting the expansion of our lifesaving care, including the addition of a new Cath Lab that will help meet the growing needs of our community. Let the excitement of the holiday season begin!
The events will kick-off on Wednesday, December 3rd, with a VIP preview party, hosted by the Garza Family. This exclusive evening is open to those interested in upgrading their gala reservations. Many friends of the hospital will be in attendance. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle, enjoy festive cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a private tour of a beautifully decorated home setting the perfect tone for the holiday season.
Generously sponsored by Todd and Steffanie Stelnick, owners of Southern California Real Estate Management (SCREM), the “Saving Hearts Close to Home” Gala will take place on Friday, December 5th at the Hyatt Regency, Valencia. The gala will be a great evening to mingle with many wonderful donors, supporters and partners of Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation. The evening will consist of entertainment, dinner, dancing, and videos showcasing three beautifully decorated homes in the Santa Clarita Valley. This year, the homes are proudly sponsored by Realtor, Holly Hanlin of Berkshire Hathaway, Oakmont of Santa Clarita & Valencia, and Next Home Real Estate Rockstars.
This year’s Holiday Home Tour not only celebrates the magic of the season, it helps bring critical cardiovascular services closer to home. With your support, we can ensure that
more lives can be saved right here in our community. A huge thank you to this year’s Heart of Gold Sponsors – Betty Burke-Oldfield and Brenda & Mike Neilson.

Primo & Monica Rangel both grew up in Ventura County, blessed with large, close-knit families and unforgettable holiday traditions.
After getting married, they relocated to the Santa Clarita Valley in 2002 and purchased their home with big dreams of continuing their loved traditions and creating new memories together.
Through years of hard work, late nights, and dedication, they have built a loving life raising their four beautiful daughters—alongside their Bernedoodle Bentley, Maltese Sebastian, and Ragdoll kitten River.
The Rangel home is always full of energy, laughter, and love—a welcoming space that continues to be the heart of family gatherings and celebrations. As they like to say, “Family time is the best time!”
When they’re not hosting loved ones in their home or relaxing by the river at their favorite vacation spot – Lake Havasu, Primo works as a Union General Foreman Electrician, while Monica runs her own interior design company based in Santa Clarita.
The Rangel family is also passionate about giving back and enjoys volunteering in their community.
