Susan Reynolds is a Senior Partner in Newmarket Careers. Her path has ranged from Fortune 50 companies to the smallest of the small, having grown up in a family business in the Midwest that served local farmers. After finishing at Indiana University in communications and graphics, Susan had her first great opportunity in corporate communications. She has now managed the messages of executives as their companies have grown, plants closed, broken ground and rallied the troops, while becoming a highly developed corporate trainer herself. Employers and clients have included manufacturing firms, chemical companies, implement dealers, state fairs, steeplechases, distributors, and entrepreneurs, even NASA. She has authored and conducted training programs including time and project management, performance appraisal skills, presentation skills, customer service strategies and more. Susan will be providing information regarding personal branding and marketing strategies along with discussions including executive coaching, job search assistance and career transitions at the Ladies in Business Conference. |
