Ben the Bicycle by Shamiran Bricker
Ben may be an ordinary bicycle, but he has a very important job to do. Take a ride with Ben and his extra wheels, and learn why ordinary can be extra ordinary.
Santa Clarita resident Shamiran Bricker is a first-time author of the children’s book Ben the Bicycle. She attended Loyola Marymount University where she received her degree in English. Shamiran has always loved to read and write and knows how much of an impact reading can make. “My books are to help children feel good about themselves…….to help them realize how special they are.
I’m realizing now that this whole process isn’t only about making kids feel better about themselves, but also about my own self-esteem journey and making myself feel better too. My hope is that everyone who reads my books feels a little happier and sees how special they are.”
Ben the Bicycle is available from most major book stores and also on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/Ben-Bicycle-Shamiran-Bricker/dp/1839345837.
