Exciting Upcoming Events from the Valley Industry Association
The Valley Industry Association (VIA) is gearing up for an exciting lineup of events in 2026 that bring together business leaders, innovators, and community champions from across the valley. With a strong focus on professional growth and meaningful connection, these upcoming gatherings promise valuable insights—and plenty of reasons to celebrate.
Throughout the year, VIA offers a full calendar of engaging events designed to keep members informed, connected, and involved. VIA Luncheons spotlight timely and important topics impacting today’s business community, providing expert insight and practical takeaways in a convenient midday format. After Five networking events create a relaxed setting for professionals to connect, build relationships, and expand their networks after the workday. In addition, Cocktails & Conversation evenings offer a unique opportunity to engage directly with elected officials and influential community leaders, encouraging open dialogue on issues that matter most to local businesses.
Kicking off our larger, signature events for 2026 is the 2026 Workforce Development Conference, taking place on Thursday, May 14, at the Canyon Country Community Center. This year’s conference will focus on one of the most critical drivers of organizational success: company culture. Attendees will gain practical strategies for building engaged teams, strengthening leadership, and creating workplaces where people thrive. The conference will feature keynote speaker Jorge Lopez of J & M Events, whose experience and perspective are sure to inspire thoughtful conversation and actionable takeaways for businesses of all sizes.
Later in the year, VIA will host one of its most anticipated signature events—the 2026 VIA BASH, scheduled for Friday, November 6, at the Hyatt Regency Valencia. This unforgettable evening is a celebration of excellence within the VIA community, honoring members of distinction while bringing everyone together for a night of great food, drinks, entertainment, and fun. The VIA BASH is equal parts recognition and celebration, offering the perfect opportunity to connect, reflect on the year’s successes, and enjoy a memorable night with fellow members.
Mark your calendars—2026 is shaping up to be an outstanding year with the Valley Industry Association. Check www.via.org for more information.
