Friendship Comes Naturally at Valencia Acura
The past two years have brought with them an unprecedented number of challenges for everyone. Residents and businesses alike were forced to make changes to adjust to the “new normal” that we live in, and the auto industry is no exception. The effects of the pandemic have reached far and wide, and its effects have been felt right here in our own community.
Santa Clarita’s own Brian Fleming is no stranger to these effects. As the longtime Sales Manager of Valencia Acura, Brian has had a front row seat to the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, and he’s had to make his own share of adjustments and compromises to keep things running both for himself and for the dealership.
“The auto industry has had its share of challenges the past two years – everything from the pandemic to lockdowns, and now the supply chain chaos,” he shares.
As the dealership comes up on its 25th anniversary next year, Brian looks forward to continuing Valencia Acura’s momentum alongside his father, Don, who owns the dealership.
The most profound loss for the Fleming family in the past year, however, was the passing of Cheri Fleming, Don’s wife and longtime co-owner of the dealership. Her passing left a void in the family, community, and dealership alike, and as the world continues to grapple with the pandemic into the new year, Valencia Acura has stepped up to the task of honoring her legacy of excellence, customer service, and community involvement.
“Cheri and I always believed in the importance of giving back to the community,” says Don.
“Valencia Acura continues to move forward and support charitable causes as we have in the past.”
For over two decades, Valencia Acura has been known as the Friendship Dealership, where every customer is treated with the highest level of attention and due diligence from the moment they step foot through the entrance. As Brian puts it, their team puts customers first – they always have, and they always will.
In the wake of the pandemic’s ongoing challenges, the Fleming team is prepared (and honored) to keep Cheri’s legacy alive by uplifting and giving back to the Santa Clarita community – the same community that she was dedicated to for so much of her life.
Following Cheri’s passing, Brian has stepped up to work closely alongside Don to help maintain Valencia Acura’s tradition of unbeatable customer service and dedication to their clientele.
“Whether shopping for or servicing a car today, tomorrow, or years from now, one thing will always remain certain,” says Brian. “Every customer can expect to receive our signature no-pressure Friendship service with every visit.”
You can reach Valencia Acura at (661) 255-3000 seven days a week, or visit them in the Valencia Auto Center on Creekside Road or browse their inventory online at www.ValenciaAcura.com.
