The New Year has come and gone.  Resolutions were set and now it’s time to keep them going throughout the year.  In a study done by the University of Scranton Journal of Clinical Psychology, 45 percent of Americans make New Year’s resolutions yet only about eight percent of those people actually see them through.  With 47 percent of those being related to self-improvement and 38 percent specifically about weight loss, the fitness industry booms during the first few months of the year.

So how can you be part of that elite eight percent?  Get ready to sweat; get ready to be committed; and get ready to throw all excuses out of the window!
