Harleen and Yuvraj Grewal Staying True To Their Goals

For many couples, there’s a separation of business affairs and personal affairs, for a number of reasons. However, the saying “don’t mix business with friends and family” doesn’t extend to the Grewal family, headed by Harleen Grewal, DDS and Yuvraj Grewal, MD. Through communication, integrity, and a strong commitment to each other and their businesses, the Grewal couple is able to take on each new day as both business partners and a happy husband and wife.
Harleen and Yuvraj moved to Santa Clarita to be closer to family after first meeting in Massachusetts and spending time in Arizona. Here in the SCV, they’ve worked together to establish themselves as respected practitioners in the community: Yuvraj is the Stroke Director at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital as well as a neurologist at the Advanced Center for Neurology and Headache. Harleen is the proud owner of Skyline Smiles and they both run the Mind Body Infusion medspa as well.
In the 11 years since they’ve been together, they’ve explored the world of business and patient care hand in hand, all while raising their beautiful son and daughter. Harleen credits open communication and dedication with being the main reasons for their success, both as a family and in the world of business.
“Our businesses are our passions – our personal lives and our business life really go hand in hand,” Harleen says. “However, we take the time to create memories together outside of our offices, too.”
Harleen takes the lead in managing their businesses, while Yuvi sees patients throughout the day. Regardless of the day’s tasks, they make it a priority to devote the necessary time, care, and attention their practices deserve.
As both a couple and a business duo, they’ve had their fair share of challenges and highlights alike, but they’re happy to take things day by day with the knowledge that everything will fall into place.
In terms of the future, they’re looking forward to forming more positive connects and expanding their reach here in the Santa Clarita Valley. And, with two growing children under their roof, they have tons of family fun and memorable moments awaiting them, too.
Harleen describes Yuvi supportive, honest, and loyal above all else. On the other hand, Yuvi describes Harleen as strong-minded, independent, and tenacious. Together they bring out the best in each other, which is how they’ve been able to maintain the perfect work-life balance.
“As a couple and as business owners, we try to focus on the now,” Harleen says. “We hope to expand as much as possible within the community, and we’ll continue to admire the gifts we’ve been granted so far.”
The love they have for Santa Clarita is as strong as the love they have for one another and for their family, which is why they work to have a positive impact on every SCV resident that walks through the doors of their offices. With the support from each other, the Grewal couple hopes to strengthen their community and make it a better, safer, and healthier place for all.
