Santa Clarita’s 1st-Annual Eat. Drink. Local. Festival Announces Date & Location
Eat Drink Local (previously Veg Fest) announces its 2024 festival will be taking place at Central Park on Saturday, June 1st, from 2-8pm. Proceeds from the festival will be allocated to the homeless students & families in the Hart School District.
Mission Driven: “After teaching at La Mesa Jr. High for 10 years I’ve seen first-hand how bad so many of our local children & families are struggling right now. Our nonprofit was created to specifically help the 1,000+ homeless children in our Hart School District community. We will be focussing specifically on building out the pantries at La Mesa, Golden Valley and Sierra Vista Jr. High School as they are most impacted by these socioeconomic issues.” –Founder, Jess Guidroz
