At the rear of the property, expansive double doors usher you into the backyard, designed with hospitality in mind, featuring comfortable seating areas, a modern fireplace, and a luxurious swimming pool, with phantom screens that can be adjusted to reveal as little or as much clarity as you’d like.
The stunning marble-floored entrance features an elegantly upholstered seating area and a secluded sanctuary adorned with a decorative fireplace.

Continuing on into the house brings you to the game room, which features an impressive collection of unique and limited edition sports memorabilia, including a game worn jersey worn by Reggie White in the Super Bowl 31 game, signed helmets, and 12 screens for playing video games or catching the game. As Spiro puts it, the game room is a museum dedicated to sports all over the world, and every sports fan’s dream.
In addition to the game room, a highlight of the studio is the theater, which the couple takes great pride in. With its D-BOX movable seats and Dolby Atmos sound system, the theater quite literally puts you in the action seat. The theater alone houses 15 speakers, as well as the newest laser JVC projector so you can enjoy your favorite films in 8K. functional, editorial purpose.
While the editing room marks the initiation of cinematic magic, the entire property is utilized for planning, rehearsing, training, editing, and screening. It’s within these walls that Spiro dedicates his craft to creating beloved and iconic films, including those from the Marvel and Fast and Furious series. The studio, outfitted with soundproofing and professional-grade equipment, harmoniously combines these elements to bring the thrilling action shots to vivid life on the big screen.
