The King Family Chronicles: Juggling Real Estate, Laughter, and 5 Boys
Meet the Kings – a dynamic family residing in Santa Clarita. Bri and Josh, alongside their five energetic boys, manage a unique blend of family life and business ventures, creating a household that’s not only bustling with activity but also filled with laughter and love. Bri King, a lifelong resident and real estate veteran, takes us on a journey through the vibrant tapestry of her family life, offering a glimpse into the delightful mayhem that defines their daily existence.
Josh and Bri King aren’t just partners in marriage; they are collaborators in business, proud owners of Prime Real Estate and Prime Construction. Last year, they opened a real estate office on Town Center Drive, marking a new chapter in their entrepreneurial journey. Beyond the business realm, the Kings find joy in rehabilitating Santa Clarita Real Estate through beautification projects, engaging in family game nights, and bonding over a shared love for football.
“We’re a high-energy, vivacious group,” Bri remarks, reflecting on the dynamic nature of their family. With five young boys—Brock, Reed, Kent, Alec, and Grant, the youngest at seven months—the Kings are a force to be reckoned with, both in the boardroom and at the family dinner table.
Balancing a bustling family life with multiple business ventures requires finesse, and the Kings have mastered the art. Mornings begin with pre-dawn workouts, followed by early office hours. However, amid the hustle, Sundays are sacred—an opportunity for outdoor family activities and much-needed relaxation.
“It’s like running a small FRAT House,” Bri chuckles, emphasizing the spirited atmosphere that permeates their home. The Kings have discovered the alchemy of turning the challenges of a busy life into lighthearted moments, ensuring that both work and family life complement rather than compete.
In the King household, every day is a performance—a symphony of laughter and unexpected moments. From the synchronized hair-drying rituals to the comical aftermath of a wall-breaking escapade, the Kings embrace the chaos with open hearts and infectious laughter.
Bri recounts a recent incident: “Alec: ‘Mom, can I tell you what really happened…?’ Kent: ‘Mom, Reed’s actual outline of his forehead and nose are in the wall!’ Alec: ‘Mom, how much money does it cost to fix that wall? $500? Reed do you have $500!’” The escapade, though potentially problematic, becomes a shared family anecdote, reinforcing the bond that holds the Kings together.
The Kings understand the significance of shared experiences. A family trip to Hawaii, filled with the richness of adventures, brought them closer. Whether jumping on the trampoline, playing basketball at the community park, or cruising in the family golf cart, the Kings find joy in the simple pleasures of life.
“To watch 4 boys sing ‘Call Me Maybe’ by Carly Rae Jepsen and the baby trying to figure out what in the World is going on…it is just too cute for words!” Bri exclaims, illustrating the lively and vibrant nature of their family dynamics.
For the Kings, family is not a mere concept; it’s an ongoing saga of shared songs, competitive games, and heartfelt gestures. Each member, despite the bustling household, finds a unique way to shine, whether at home, on the field, or at school.
In the King household, love and laughter are the pillars that support their chaotic, beautiful life. As they navigate the intricate dance of family and business, the Kings leave us with a simple yet profound truth—that amidst the whirlwind of life, it’s the shared laughter and love that define a family’s true legacy.
