Ultimate Female Fitness Pro. Christy Grable (9Round 30 Min Kickbox Fitness)
Mother, wife and small business owner, Christy Grable is showing us that we can do it all and have it all! Originally from Oklahoma, Christy and her family moved to the Los Angeles area so her children could pursue their dreams. Christy and her husband, Larry, are the proud owners of 9Round Kickboxing, a 30 minute fitness boutique gym that accommodates those with a busy lifestyle. 9Round provides members with a fun, trainer-guided, kickboxing-style workout in a circuit format.
When she is not helping clients get stronger physically and mentally in 30 minutes, Christy enjoys giving back to the community. She is the Secretary for the local non-profit, Circle of Hope and creates chemo care bags for patients going through chemotherapy. Christy also enjoys spending time with her family, going to Disneyland, and helping her children succeed in their endeavors.
