Ultimate Male Chef Larry Bethea • Newhall Press Room
We love Santa Clarita! Since we opened in November 2017, we have grown quite a bit. Our goal when we opened was to provide the Santa Clarita Valley with a destination for food and wine. We proudly lead the Santa Clarita Valley by pouring more wines by varietal and by the glass than anyone else. We have won Best Wine Bar awards, 2 years in a row (2018, 2019), won the consumer’s choice award (The Signal) and have been respected by Wine Spectator Magazine 3 years running for being recognized for our bottle and by the glass list of wines. Some of our fan favorites include: TOGO bottle specials ($20 off any bottle to go along with an additional 5% off for 3-5 bottles or an additional 10% 6+ bottles), vineyard events (on-site vineyard events from vineyards across the globe) and our happy hour specials. We are also thrilled to have Chef Larry Bethea, a trained Cordon Bleu Chef, join our team. Larry has been awarded the “Ultimate Chef” 2021 award by élite Magazine. Larry has developed new dishes, such as braised sea bass, oven-roasted chicken and shrimp and grits, all pairing so well with our wine list. He loves to share his experiences with our guests and appreciates your feedback on his food. Please stop in to try his dishes as they are amazing. Enjoy our happy hour pricing Monday-Friday 4-6pm and 25% off select wines by the glass all-day Sunday. Check out our events calendar and join our mailing list to be the first to learn about our upcoming wine tasting events. We have so much going on every month; we are sure that you will enjoy all we have to offer. Visit our website www.newhallpressroom.com or call us at 661-753-3454.
