VIA CEO Forum Returns August 27 to Tackle Workforce, AI, and the Future of Business
Business leaders from across the region will gather on August 27 for the annual VIA CEO Forum, a premier roundtable, discussion and problem-solving event designed to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing companies today.
The forum will bring together approximately 100 CEOs, presidents, company owners, and senior managers for a day of candid discussion, strategic insight, and collaborative problem-solving focused on business success in an increasingly complex environment.
This year’s event will open with featured speaker Andrew Aston of Human Element, who will help set the tone for a dynamic conversation centered on workforce development, artificial intelligence, leadership, company culture, and emerging business trends shaping the future of industry.
Known for its interactive format, the VIA CEO Forum encourages participants to move beyond presentations and engage in meaningful dialogue with fellow executives and decision-makers. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore practical strategies for navigating today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
“As companies navigate new technologies, shifting workforce expectations, and economic uncertainty, meaningful leadership conversations matter more than ever.” Mark Shramek, VIA Chairman of the Board, said. “The VIA CEO Forum creates a space where leaders can learn from one another and return to their organizations with fresh ideas and actionable insights.”
The annual event has become a highly anticipated gathering for executives seeking both a strategic perspective and valuable peer connections. This year’s discussions are expected to focus heavily on how artificial intelligence is transforming operations and decision-making, while also addressing the ongoing importance of people, culture, and workforce engagement.
The VIA CEO Forum will take place on August 27 at the Child & Family Center Education Center and is expected to draw leaders from a wide range of industries committed to innovation, growth, and long-term business success.
