Just last year we featured the fun loving Schauble twins and Kennedy Stephens in the June/July 2012 issue of élite Magazine.  The trio, known as Identity4Pop have beautiful voices that will leave you speechless.  Just last month, Identity4Pop was invited by Martin Luther King’s daughter, Bernice A. King and Minyon Moore to sing our nation’s anthem at the 50th anniversary of Reverand Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.

They stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, belting out The Star-Spangled Banner in front of President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, former President Jimmy Carter, former President Bill Clinton, Oprah and millions of people who viewed the performance. “I felt nervous at first when I walked out and saw all those people,” states Kennedy, “but it was a great honor singing for the President and Dr. King’s family.”
Sydney continues, “I, too, felt nervous on the day of the event, but when I started singing, I wasn’t nervous at all.  The King family could’ve chosen anyone to sing the National Anthem and they chose us.”
Her twin sister Shelbi comments, “I had fun, but was nervous once we got to the stage.  As we sung, my excitement grew and once we finished, hearing over 200,000 people cheering, I felt a huge amount of gratitude and pride.”
Identity4Pop will be at the Taste of Soul Family Festival this October.  You can also check out their website for upcoming television appearances.
