Walk into any SSSD classroom today and you will witness students learning in a 21st century classroom. Kindergarteners at Fair Oaks Ranch School create their own blogs on iPads. Ms. Ayer’s third graders at Leona Cox School partake in a digital scavenger hunt utilizing QR codes to solve math and language arts questions.
Sixth graders at Pinetree School create digital presentations of learning. These are just a few examples of the exciting 21st century learning opportunities for students in all nine elementary schools. As Ms. Ayer’s states, “This generation of kids are naturally tech savvy.
