Owner of Hot Yoga Haven, Catherine Sjolund has taught and owned yoga studios in the SCV for the past 10 years. Having opened Hot Yoga Haven in Newhall over four years ago, to meet the needs of her Valencia students, she recently opened up her Valencia location with her daughter, Julie. Julie is a licensed yoga practitioner and oversees and teaches the Kids First Yoga classes and yoga for special needs.
HYH offers over 100 classes to choose from per week including: Jval Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sculpt with weights, meditation classes and non-heated prenatal classes. We also have Kids First Yoga classes, and classes for Kids and Teens with Special Needs. Hot Yoga Haven is also a registered Yoga Alliance School providing 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings. The teachers are carefully picked and highly trained, with the goal of honoring each student wherever they are at and guiding them to their next level.
