Meet Rachel Cosgrove, a highly sought after fitness expert, who recently published her new book, The Female Body Breakthrough.  We took a moment to talk to Rachel about her new book. Be inspired to get in shape and have the body you’ve always wanted.
We’ve also featured a young superstar in the making.  Get to know 16-year-old actor and Santa Clarita resident, Cody Klop.  Cody has been on numerous commercials, television shows and movies.  A highlight of this young actor was playing a role as the Vulcan Bully on the 2009 film Star Trek.  Read more about the young actor and how he’s taking his career to ‘warp speed.’
