Love was in the air at this year’s “Have a Heart” Sweetheart Gala which took place at the Valencia Hyatt’s Grand Ballroom on February 13. Over 150 guests enjoyed a lavish three-course meal and were entertained with the sweet tunes of the band Crush. Dale and Tamara Donohoe were the gala’s 2009 Sweetheart Couple, while Roberta G. Veloz served as the evening’s title sponsor. The event raised funds to benefit the Roberta G. Veloz Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, which is due to open this April.
