Celebrity Waiter Dinner: All Fun and Games!
From Monopoly to the Super Bowl to poker, the 2016 Celebrity Waiter Dinner was all fun and games at Hyatt Regency Valencia on February 27. Dressed the part, community members from all throughout the Santa Clarita Valley showed up in head-to-toe costume, representing the various game themes for each table. A hit once again, the event raised thousands of dollars for the Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center and its vital programs. However, a special video presentation and auction was held to draw attention to one pressing need: new buses! With aging vehicles, the SCV Senior Center is in need of new transportation to help bring seniors into the community for the ever-popular field trips. Many attendees showed their love and support for the cause by donating.
