Dancing With Our Stars Surpasses the $1.5 Million Mark
It was a night of emotional, inspiring and downright thrilling performances as celebrity dancers competed for the win at our 7th Annual Dancing With Our Stars, held at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center on August 26. More than the dances were spectacular, however; the event raised over $200,000 for 18 local non-profits – taking the cumulative fundraising total over the $1.5 million mark. Thank you to all the dancers, sponsors and individuals who made this event another success! Our emcee Ed Masterson and our judges – Susan Olsen, Chris Schauble and Janine Jones – made the event a fun and heartwarming evening with their commentary, and the routines from D’Wilfri DanceArt and Entertainment, Santa Clarita Ballet, and Vibe Performing Arts were absolutely wonderful! The event, of course, wouldn’t be possible without the support of our generous sponsors: Whitening Lightening / Gerard Cosmetics, HomeSmart NCG Santa Clarita, the City of Santa Clarita, and Elliott and Judith Wolfe Family Trust. It was a night to remember!
