| Winner Family Owned Business Award Andy Gump, Inc. We are a third generation family owned business that was started by grandfather, Massena “Andy” Gump and son, Barry, assumed leadership in the 1970’s. Barry became a licensed electrical contractor and expanded the company into temporary power for construction sites throughout Southern California. The 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics was the launching point for our Special Events Department.
