Make it at home or try it at Carribean Restaurant, Kokomo where Rael is the Beverage Director.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk – any kind you like
1.5 oz Bacardi rum
