It’s not just another book on the shelf. It’s a book that can change your life.
While his sights were set on becoming a child psychologist, Santa Clarita resident Howard Crampton Jr. soon realized his journey took him elsewhere, inspiring others and helping them discover a more empowering, self-fulfilling life. A life with purpose. A life with passion. A life with power.
Just last year, Howard published The Pocketbook for Purposeful Relationships: Create and Maintain Lasting Fulfillment.

The book consists of 26 leadership concepts in a relationship context. Each chapter comes with a quote, an elaboration of the concept and an action step to help implement it in life. “The book is geared for men and women who are inspired to take the lead,” states Howard. “Without relationships, we can never learn to fully know ourselves. Everyone acts as a mirror in life, and when we can take responsibility for what we’re projecting out onto other people and realize they’re reflecting back to us something we dislike, then we can consciously choose to let it go.” He continues, “If you’re ready to see yourself as you see everyone, and function in your relationships accordingly, then this book is for you.”
What was Howard’s inspiration for The Pocketbook for Purposeful Relationships?
“Carl Jung, a Swiss psychologist, coined a term ‘synchronicity’ to describe ‘meaningful coincidences’ though which have no solid or concrete connection. There was a series of events in my life regarding failed relationships whereby I made a decision that when I get married I will do what it takes to stay married.”
After signing up for Tony Robbins’ coach training program, which had a strong emphasis on relationships, Howard decided to help educate couples on how to lead in a relationship context. “Romance has always been a thing of mine even though I wasn’t the greatest communicator in the past. I think it’s essential for adults to have a strong foundation to build a relationship upon, especially when children are involved…People don’t make time for the important things in life, such as taking time to learn about their Self, so I wrote this book in a way that the reader can open to any page, any time and make that particular lesson their daily meditation.”
Howard is a spiritual mentor and inspirational speaker. He facilitates classes and workshops on relationship education and has a private [and group] coaching practice and program called Reunite with Passion.
“They say behind every successful man is a supportive woman, and that drives me to help others create and maintain lasting fulfillment in their relationships.”
