What do you get when you pair up 22 Santa Clarita celebrities and non-profit organizations with professional dancers?  You get one of the most fascinating events of the year…Dancing With Our Stars.  You also get one of the most successful fundraising dancing competitions in our valley.  Since its inception in 2009, over $850,000 has been raised to benefit local non-profit organizations.  It’s popular, it’s fun and it’s back!

Now in its sixth year, The Magazine of Santa Clarita and élite Magazine are pleased to once again present Dancing With Our Stars.  The exciting competition will take place on Friday, August 28 at Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons.  Twenty-two Santa Clarita celebrities under the direction of Willy Arroyo and Ingrid Blanco of D’Wilfri DanceArt & Entertainment will pair up with the dancing professionals to raise money for the non-profit organization they are representing.  Guests will have the opportunity to cast money votes using script, and on the evening of the event, the dancing duos will be judged by a panel of celebrities.
“It is going to be a great night,” says Alex Hafizi, event organizer.  “Not only did we have a great response for participation, but we are so pleased to have HomeSmart Team Bjorkman, Whitening Lightning and The City of Santa Clarita sponsor our event once again.”
Get your tickets today as you won’t want to miss out on this spectacular evening of entertainment! Tickets are only $35/$40/$50 and are available online at www.canyonspac.com.
For more information about the event or sponsorship opportunities, contact Alex Hafizi at 661-294-4444 ext. 107 or visit the Dancing With Our Stars Facebook page for updates.
