Ninety days is the average time from start to close; however, for this to happen, all the stars need to align. Obviously price and condition play a huge part in this – and even more so, your agent. It’s crucial to interview three agents. We are all independent contractors, and our marketing plans vary greatly. Experience should play a major role, as well.
