As a committee member of the Newhall Redevelopment, Chairman of the Board of the Old Town Newhall Association for the last two years, a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, Member of the Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, Dennis brings his knowledge and expertise to his business and has sold several large properties within the Santa Clarita Valley such as 75 acres to JSB Development where the proposed Vista Canyon is being laid out.  This area will consist of residential and commercial properties along with a Metrolink Station.  Dennis was also involved with the sale of the land on the corner of Newhall Avenue and Sierra Highway where the proposed 99,000 square foot Sierra Crossing Development is in the planning stages.  Dennis is also an exclusive realtor for Burrtec Waste Industries.  In March of 2010, he represented the Santa Clarita Water Company in the purchase of their new offices in Centre Pointe and represented Valencia Mac with their new location next to Target and Sprouts.   “I was also a consultant for Mark Gates from 2001 to 2004, and helped him get the entitlements for the Needham Ranch Industrial Park located in Newhall. It will have over four million square feet of industrial and will bring approximately 8,000 jobs to Santa Clarita.”
