Wesco Aircraft Holdings, a global provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry, appointed Todd Renehan as Chief Executive Officer effective April 26, 2017. Renehan has an extensive background in marketing and international communication. He served as President for Haas Group International. Prior to that, Mr. Renehan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Haas Group International. He was also the Chief Commercial Officer for Damco, and several other companies holding leadership positions. The highly qualified Mr. Renehan will continue making waves in the aerospace industry with Wesco Aircraft Holdings. élite Magazine applauds Mr. Todd Renehan.
Ravi Rajan

élite Magazine congradulates Ravi Rajan. He is the fourth president of CalArts. He stated in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, “CalArts is a beacon in the higher education and arts community home to artists who are forging the future monuments of culture and society.” With his interdisciplinary arts and senior executive roles experience he plans to redefine a new set of rules. His philosophy is understanding our differences which will help define these rules. His extensive background in the arts include: being a member of the Tony Awards Nominating Committee, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London, and president of the Asian American Arts Alliance. Rajan’s set of unique experiences will be a great addition to the CalArts Community and provide an insightful understanding for the demands of education faced today.
Devon Miller
Executive Liason Officer
College of the Canyons
Devon Miller, an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and the Boys and Girls Club, has become the Executive Liaison Officer for the COC student body. Miller is a Business Marketing Major and hopes to transfer to UC Berkley with goals of working in the non-profit field. Within his presidency he plans on engaging COC students in community affairs. He currently works as a staff writer for KHTS and on several occasions conducted interviews over their radio station. This truly remarkable young gentleman is a great addition to the student body cabinet and we hope to see great things as he embarks on this journey. élite Magazine congratulates Devon Miller.
Victor Lindenheim
Parks, Recreation and Community
Service Commissioner City of Santa Clarita
élite Magazine welcomes Victor Lindenheim as the Santa Clarita Valley new Parks, Recreation, and Community Service Commissioner. Lindenheim is a longtime resident with 13 years in the Santa Clarita Valley. His professional experience in transportation, environment, health and economic sectors will be a “good fit” for our community, says Councilman Bill Miranda. Miranda handpicked Lindenheim because his non-traditional parks and recs experience will give this office fresh, innovative ideas. For now, He plans to preserve what we have reviewing the city’s inventory and noting weaknesses and where we need to strengthen. Lindenheim’s focus for the year will be listening to the interest of the community and expanding as we grow.
Matthew Hortt
City Librarian
Santa Clarita Public Library
The Santa Clarita Public Library named Matthew Hortt as City Librarian. He will work alongside the City of Santa Clarita Valley directing programming and operations for the three branches of Santa Clarita Public Library in Canyon Country, Newhall and Valencia. The diversely educated Hortt has a degree in criminal Justice, a Master’s in Library Science and a Ph.D. in Public Affairs with an emphasis on fundraising and non-profit work. Hortt has over 18 years as a librarian with several years in leadership roles ranging from Head Librarian to Library Director. He looks to strengthen community engagement and expanding of the library’s digital resources. élite Magazine welcomes Matthew Hortt.
Dr. John Stead
Senior Vice President
The Master’s University
The Master’s University has appointed Dr. John Stead as Senior Vice President and Provost. The highly qualified Dr. Stead received his doctorate from University of Southern California in the triumvirate of American politics, political theory and comparative politics. For 47 years Dr. Stead has taught, a diverse audience, history and political studies at TMU. Additionally, for 21 years of his tenure he served as Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Master’s University is pleased to have this highly educated and respected educator as a part of their ever strengthening staff. élite Magazine embraces Dr. John Stead.
