New Roles in the SCV
Lois Bauccio
President and CEO
Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce
The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce announced Lois Bauccio as President and CEO. She most recently served as president and executive director at the Child and Family Center Foundation (CFCF) in Santa Clarita, where she was accountable for raising an annual operating budget of $1.3 million. The Chamber’s Executive Committee unanimously agreed on the hiring decision, and the Board of Directors is pleased Lois has accepted this key business leadership position within the community. Having been named the 2016 Woman of the Year, as well as being counted among the SCV’s 51 Most Influential People by The Signal Newspaper for four years running, Bauccio was named a 2012 Empowering Hearts Honoree by Single Mothers Outreach.
Bauccio has lived in Santa Clarita since 1983.
Pam Ripling
Director of Operations
Circle of Hope, Inc.
The Circle of Hope Board of Directors is happy to announce the turning of a new page for the 12-year-old nonprofit with the hiring of Pamela Ripling as their Director of Operations. After careful evaluation of their leadership needs, the board determined that Ripling, current Governing Board President, was the right person to take the lead for the local cancer charity.
Pam is excited about the opportunity to lead Circle of Hope to new heights, with plans to broaden the charity’s reach and expand their programs in the coming months.
“We are open to, and seeking, new clients,” Pam said.
Nikki Hartman

Prime Publications Inc., publishers of The Magazine of Santa Clarita and élite Magazine, is pleased to announce Nikki Hartman as the newest member of the publishing company’s sales force. Driven by her love of people, Nikki has been in customer service for more than 15 years and is eager to get to know the local business community.
“When I was trying to figure out a career path, I kept coming back to my love of people,” Nikki said. “I love meeting new people and doing whatever I can to help them accomplish their goals.”
Nikki and her husband Michael were recently married in January, and they are looking forward to growing their family and careers in their hometown. Please join us in welcoming Nikki to the team!
