Raise a Glass to Sunset in the Vineyard
Another successful fundraising event was held on Sunday, November 6 at the picturesque Compa Vineyard and home of Chris and Jeanie Carpenter. Featuring more than 20 vendors and sponsored by countless businesses within the Santa Clarita Valley, Sunset in the Vineyard is a prime social event to attend each year. The no frills, delicious food and extraordinary wine-filled afternoon was packed with familiar faces, energetic performances by Dole|Humphries and lots of laughs. Guests drank the afternoon away while bidding on silent and live auction items in order to raise money for Assistance League Santa Clarita.
Assistance League Santa Clarita is a volunteer organization that develops and implements programs to make a difference in the lives of families in our community. We act as a friend at any and all times to men, women and children in need of care, guidance and assistance-emotionally, materially and physically. We seek to fulfill this mission in our community by providing clothing, education and emotional support to families, the elderly and the disabled.
