Rockin’ Summer Nights

From July 6 to the 27, the Westfield Valencia Town Center converted their “Town Square” into an outdoor stage where the public was able to relax and enjoy music of the ages with cover bands from the 50’s to today. The first to perform was the 50’s and 60’s sounds of the Wonderelles. The Disco Kings followed the next week and provided the audience with some groovy 70’s tunes. Skinny Little Twists performed on the third week, showcasing some classic 80’s rock n’ roll. The last band to present was local Santa Clarita band, August Rising, who belted out some original songs for the crowd. In addition to the entertainment, Westfield Valencia Town Center selected the Child & Family Center Foundation as the non-profit charity partner and was the beneficiary for all donation tickets sold.
