Two Hearts, One Horizon: Alyssa & Alon’s Timeless Santa Clarita Wedding
From the very beginning, Alyssa and Alon Eitan knew they wanted their wedding day to feel simple, classic, and deeply intentional. Married on November 1, 2024, after four years together, their celebration reflected exactly who they are as a couple, grounded in connection, quiet joy, and meaningful moments.
Their proposal set the tone for the life they continue to build together. On a cool, crisp evening at a local beach overlook, the two shared wine, pizza, and time with their dog, Sequoia, sitting in the back of their truck while watching the ocean stretch out in front of them. When Alon suggested a short walk along a nearby trail to take a few film photos, Alyssa had no idea what was coming. At the overlook, with no one else around, Alon dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him. It was intimate, peaceful, and perfectly theirs.
One of their favorite memories as a couple speaks to their shared love of adventure and community. A backpacking trip through Washington’s Mt. Baker National Forest brought them and their closest friends together for a twenty mile roundtrip hike, ending with a night camping by a lake under sweeping mountain views. It remains one of the moments they hold closest to their hearts.
Alyssa works as a photo and video producer for a tech company, while Alon is a project manager at his family’s commercial landscaping company. Alon was also the first to say “I love you,” and today, what they admire most about one another continues to shape their relationship. Alon treasures Alyssa’s deep empathy and the kindness she brings into every space. Alyssa loves Alon’s thoughtfulness, his genuine care for her, and happily admits she benefits from his talent in the kitchen.
Their wedding day unfolded at Hart & Main in Santa Clarita, a venue that perfectly matched their vision of a timeless and understated celebration. Close friend Chase officiated the ceremony, making the moment even more personal.
Planning support was provided by Melissa Laudano of Tricia Dahlgren Events, while Alyssa and Alon chose to design their florals themselves using wholesale flowers, creating arrangements that felt both personal and beautifully organic.
Alyssa’s hair and makeup were styled by Amanda Hatch of @amandaraebeauty. Their rings reflected two distinct styles, Alyssa’s from Jared Jewelry and Alon’s from Dora Rings. For dessert, the couple turned to Mandilynn of High Sweet Creamery, creating a sweet ending to an already memorable evening.
The photography was captured by Lindsey Englander (@bylindseyenglander), with videography by Molly Lumsden (@bymollyalison). A close friend served as their DJ, keeping the celebration relaxed and personal, just as Alyssa and Alon had envisioned.
Alyssa said yes to the dress through the designer Galia Lahav, selecting a gown that reflected the elegant simplicity she wanted for the day.
One of the most unforgettable moments of the evening was a surprise that Alyssa had been quietly planning for months. Music has always been a meaningful part of their relationship, and Alon has a deep love for the saxophone. During their grand entrance, Alyssa surprised him, and their guests, with a live saxophone performance by Anthony Michael Smith (@antsmithmusic). The saxophonist continued playing throughout dinner, creating an atmosphere that felt both elevated and deeply personal. Keeping the secret was nearly impossible, but watching Alon’s reaction made every moment of anticipation worth it.
For Alyssa and Alon, their wedding day was not about extravagance. It was about intention, connection, and celebrating a love rooted in quiet strength, shared adventure, and a future they continue to build side by side.
