On the night of August 28, twenty-two couples will be taking the stage for what will be an unforgettable evening, the 6th Annual Dancing With Our Stars. One of the most spectacular fundraising events of the year has returned to the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons, and over the last few months, these dancing duos have been working hard under the direction of Willy Arroyo and Ingrid Blanco of D’Wilfri DanceArt & Entertainment.
The Santa Clarita celebrities and the professional dancers are pairing up to raise money for the non-profit organization they are representing. The Magazine of Santa Clarita and élite Magazine are pleased to present the competition and are looking forward to an even bigger and better night than before. HomeSmart Team Bjorkman, Whitening Lightning and The City of Santa Clarita will be sponsoring the event once again and the talented Ed Masterson will be serving as the evening’s Master of Ceremonies.
Joining the crew that evening will be a panel of celebrity judges including actress Kristy Swanson along with her husband, Canadian Olympic medalist and figure skater Lloyd Eisler and KTLA news anchor Chris Schauble. Guests will also have the opportunity to cast money votes using script.

“We have raised over $850,000 in the last five years to help our local non-profit organizations,” says event organizer Alex Hafizi. “We are looking forward to raising even more money to help the community. It’s a great event for a great cause and we hope to see you there.”
