
JSB Development broke ground on Thursday July 9, 2015, for a new sustainable, pedestrian and cyclist friendly community in Vista Canyon. Santa Clarita is Los Angeles County’s third largest city and one of the fastest growing office and retail destinations in the state.
Located on Lost Canyon Road, the community will see development of 1,000 new apartments, town homes, offices, entertainment spaces, and dining services. “ I hear all the time that these other cities and other areas want to do something like this, they think regionally, this is the best thing to do,” said Mayor McLean.
