Santa Clarita is well known for our many wonderful wine fundraisers throughout the year – but leave it to our very own Eve Bushman of Eve’s Wine 101 to think outside the box and bring a unique event to our valley.  Co-hosted by Newhall Land Senior Vice President Marlee Lauffer and presented by Westfield Town Center, Cocktails on the Roof will debut on September 18, from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m..  On a beautiful, warm autumn evening, sample signature cocktails and food pairings way up “on the roof” of the Town Center parking garage, adjacent to the Macy’s bridge.

As you enter through the main elevator, you’ll see inventive lounge seating, greenery, music and lighting transforming the space and the skyline of Santa Clarita, creating the type of event to be talked about long after the evening ends!

Sponsors include The Magazine of Santa Clarita, California Credit Union, Steve Chegwin, CPA, Whole Foods Market, 24/7 Events, and KHTS. The participant list is growing fast and includes Salt Creek Grille, Wolf Creek Restaurant and Brewery, Whole Foods Market, Persia Restaurant, solita, Marston’s, 1921 Tequila, Kokolita’s, Oaks Grille TPC, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Lazy Dog Restaurant, Newhall Refinery, Cutler’s Artisan Spirits and more!

Funds raised through this event benefit the WiSH Education Foundation, which provides for programs and initiatives not funded by tax dollars alone.  WiSH receives many “WiSHlists” from our Wm. S. Hart District educators daily; our support goes directly to the classroom and benefits your students!  Our grant program – for which we need financial support – allows us to provide outside sources for our greatest need.  If you can provide assistance, please contact WiSH immediately.  WiSH has provided funding for STEM related education, special education, literacy programs, performing arts, science equipment, ROP and more.  Please help us continue to make a difference for the 23,000 students of the Hart District.
