Keller Williams® VIP Properties was founded by Co-Owners Steve White and Patrick Lopez with their core team of real estate agents. They first opened their doors in January 2003 on Tourney Road in Santa Clarita, with only six associates. In October 2007 due to the extensive and continuous expansion in associates (now 280+), White and Lopez moved their office to their cutting-edge current location on Springfield Court, in Valencia with state-of-the-art office space for their associates and sophisticated lobby and conference rooms for their clients.
Keller Williams® VIP Properties is an innovated, forward thinking company with all the new technology tools needed to assist clients in the selling and purchasing of their homes.  
Keller Williams® Realty is a visionary business concept built upon a specific, written philosophy of service, integrity and win-win teamwork.
Keller Williams® VIP Properties contributes regularly to KW Cares, a charity that reaches out to help in times of hardship and emergencies. Keller Williams® VIP Properties has an annual food drive to help out the community. They are also in the planning stages for a blockbuster Red Day to take place in May, to support the community of Santa Clarita.
The name Keller Williams® VIP Properties is not corporate.  It is personal.  It is to support their agent’s image, not compete with it. The network is national, the support is regional, but the image is local.
