Technology gadgets are one of the hottest trends of the century and with new products showing up daily it can be a bit overwhelming.  Moving a mile a minute with updates, applications and better hardware, the “tech gods” wait for no one!  And it doesn’t just stop with making your life easier or more convenient, now you can personalize your favorite devices.  With the new wave of smart phones replacing basic mobile phones and video on the iPod Nano, it seems more and more companies are combining technologies to make more efficient devices.

The launch of the iPad by Apple and the HP Slate by Hewlett-Packard has raised the bar for the tech giants across the globe.  In January cnet.com picked the top five CES trends of 2010:
1. 3-D TV – Three Dimensional Television
2. Slates (a.k.a Tablets) – Rich Media Devices
3. e-Readers – Digital Book Readers
4. Apps – Applications for mobile devices,
    televisions and computers.
5. MDTV – Mobile Device Television
